* Civil War Soldiers of the Ben E. Camp #1629 will fire the cannon to start the largest parade in Eastern Kentucky

Parade Units , floats, walking units and all other parade entries  must complete an application in order to be judged in competition. Applications are available at Whitaker Bank and Community Trust Bank in Whitesburg
