2018 Membership Luncheon: Gen Z

 Discover how to fully engage the next generation’s workforce by connecting with the University of Pikeville (UPIKE). UPIKE’s faculty, including Dr. Howard Roberts, and staff will be presenting on how organizations can connect directly with Gen Z through a variety of paths such as volunteering, job shadowing, internships, part-time and full-time employment. Employers will also learn about the Bears@Work platform which serves to connect organizations with UPIKE students and a potential employment stream to benefit their business.
